    Man, you really go in for the Creed Taylor shit. So silky-smooth your ass slips right off it and onto the floor. I wanted to mention I saw a bunch of Esther Phillips' stuff on CD, used, when I went to Wazoo the other day, if you're innarested. I know the whole digital revolution is anathema to you, but I thought I'd mention it nonetheless. I hadn't even heard of her before I saw all this stuff.

    And here I thought I was the only one who dropped a pile of cash every time I walk into a record store. You've reassured me.
